Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase of Rosie Kent jewellery, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Please contact hello@rosiekent.com for full return instructions and our returns address.

Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges on rings or bespoke pieces as these items have been made especially for you. If a ring doesn't fit we can offer a resizing service for a small fee

Please ensure that your returns are sent back in the condition that you receive them in, with the original packaging. Tissue paper is included, please wrap the pieces securely.

We recommend that you send back items by Royal Mail Special Delivery or another secure and insured shipping method, to ensure safe delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit. Please retain the tracking number in case there is any issue.

EXCHANGES

Please state which items you would like to exchange for and why.

RECEIVING YOUR REFUND

Refunds will be made within 3 working days of receipt of the returned goods. Your bank may take up to 7 working days to credit your account. Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. Please note shipping costs are not refunded unless items are faulty.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

Returned items must be in their original packaging, in the condition in which they were received. Must be sent back within 30 days of receipt. Rosie Kent will not accept returns of any items that have been worn. Shipping costs are not refunded unless items as faulty.
